Set usually as an informal lounge area,Kelvington 2 can either offer the Kelvington 1 as a lounge area for tea and coffee or can be sold privately as a meeting room or for a private dinner up to 45 guests seated on round tables. Like the Kelvington 1 windows down one side of the room offer views into the courtyard and is located on the first floor, there is lift access and toilet facilities on the same floor.
