I just wanted to drop you a note to thank you for the excellent service your team provided us with for our meetings with you on 23rd and 25th March 2009. Your Events Manager in particular was exceptionally helpful, and many of our delegates commented on how approachable and accommodating she was. I just wanted to reiterate how delighted we were with the services provided by your team at our conference last week. You really lived up to the hotel’s name and were “angels”. In addition to the assistance from yourself and Karen, nothing was too much trouble for Lorna, Jackie and the food and beverage team while Theresa was always there in the background if we needed anything and quickly sorted out any problems or misunderstandings re our accommodation bookings.
