Victoria Art Gallery
Bath and Norh East Somerset's most popular Art Gallery has one of the best temporary exhibition programmes in the region, ranging from prints to sculpture, including national touring exhibitions and major retrospectives. The gallery houses work by Gainsborough, Sickert, Zoffany and many other leading artists from the 15th century to the present day.

Theatre Royal Bath
One of Britain's oldest and most beautiful theatres, the Georgian Theatre Royal offers a year-round programme of top quality drama, comedy, opera, dance and frequent Sunday concerts.

The American Museum
The museum shows how Americans lived from the time of the early settlers to the civil war. Exhibits include an 18th century tavern, and a room of shaker furniture. 40 quilts always on display.

Cafe and extensive grounds, special events.

Holburne Museum of Art
This jewel in Bath's crown was once the Sydney Hotel, whose glittering society Jane Austen watched from her house opposite. It displays the treasures collected by Sir William Holburne: superb English and Continental silver, porcelain, maiolica, glass and Renaissance bronzes. Since Sir William's time the collection has been greatly expanded and now includes landscapes by Guardi and Turner, and outstanding portraits by Stubbs, Ramsay, Raeburn, Zoffany and Baths own artists Thomas Gainsborough, William Hoare and Bakers of Bath.
