Leadership / Teamwork - Your dedicated experienced event co-ordinator will work with you as a team to help you deliver a memorable event. All team members, throughout your event, will be clearly identifiable.

We Promise:

 That your enquiry and arrangements will be looked after by a professional events team.

 All meeting & event rooms will be set up and ready to use at least 30 minutes prior to your contracted arrival time – or you will not pay for the room hire element of your stay.

Efficiency - You will receive a committed and efficient response at every stage, from enquiry right up to the delivery of your event and we will contact you for feedback the very next day.

We Promise:

 To pay commission to agents within 10 working days from receipt of invoice

 To respond to your enquiry within 2 hours - if this is not met you’ll get one free delegate space for every working day that your details are late

Responsibility / Honesty – To ensure that you receive the best value at all times, there will be no hidden costs. We will make recommendations throughout the planning process to help you to keep to your budget.
