• Art Challenge - this activity is superb for motivating and bringing groups, teams or individuals together and getting them all to work effectively as one unified team. The Challenge revolves around the concept of everyone working together to create a giant masterpiece, a painting on a massive scale. The power of this Challenge lies in the fact that the delegates have no idea what they are painting until it is revealed at the end. • Ice Cream Challenge - this event combines product R&D, brand strategy and team dynamics to create optimum team performance (and you get to eat some ice cream!!) In this activity teams have to make and promote a new product. Teams have very limited time to create a new recipe, actually make real ice cream using the equipment provided – then package and promote it. Judging will be based on taste, packaging, the commerciality of their marketing plans and the TV commercial with jingle that they will have filmed and / or performed live.
